How much does window cleaning cost?

It depends on your property. The number and size of windows, the number of stories, inside and/or outside cleaning, screens, and how much buildup there is all affect the price. Send a quote request or call (586) 255-1678 for a price for your property.

Do you clean the inside and outside of windows?

Yes. You can request interior, exterior, or both. Tell us which sides you want cleaned when you request a quote.

How often should I get my windows cleaned in Michigan?

Most homes do well with cleaning once or twice a year, usually in spring after the winter road salt and pollen, and again in fall. Homes near busy roads, trees, or water, and storefronts, often benefit from more frequent cleaning.

What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Pressure washing uses high water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure with cleaning solutions, and is generally preferred for siding and other delicate surfaces. We match the method to your home's surfaces.

Will house washing damage my siding?

Applied incorrectly, high pressure can damage siding, trim, or seals. That's why we ask about your siding material and condition first and confirm the right approach before we start.

Can you remove oil stains, rust, and tire marks?

Surface dirt, tire marks, and grime usually lift well. Oil and rust that have soaked deep into concrete may lighten rather than disappear completely. Point out specific stains and we'll be upfront about what to expect.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not always. For exterior-only work, many customers aren't home, as long as gates, water access, and pets are sorted out ahead of time. Interior cleaning requires someone to let the team in. We confirm the plan with you before the visit.
